I share my story with the intention to inspire you and for you to see yourself in me. We are all mirrors, right?

If you had told me back in 2019 I would be living this life, there is no way I would believe you.
Since I graduated from University in 2018, I entered the world the way we are taught.
I got a corporate job, started working my way up the ladder and was “settling” for a partner.
I felt SO unfulfilled, I knew there was “more” to life.
I suffered with severe anxiety and desired to felt a deep sense of purpose.
I started working with a coach in 2020 which I thought was going to “cure my anxiety”.
It did.
But, it also did so so much more.
My life completely changed.
I ended the relationship I was in, I got my dream job in a social media agency and my nervous system slowly started to regulate.
I became fascinated with energy work, cyclical living, womb wisdom, intuition and Spirit, all the things I now teach.
It felt like a remembrance, a coming home to our innate wisdom.
I then trained in a meditation called Transcendental Meditation.
I started reaching new levels of consciousness and connection.
It was in these transformative states my hands started burning!
I had no idea what was going on…
One morning I woke up with a pain in my foot and intuitively felt called to put my hand on it
The pain disappeared
My healing gifts were coming online
Without ego, when we tap into our pure consciousness, we are able to access our innate gifts.
At the beginning of 2022, I then started coaching and using energy healing to help women deepen their spiritual connection.
10 months later I quit my job working in a social media agency and moved to Bali to do this full time!
My intention with sharing this with you, is I hope it resonates and shows you, if I can, you definitely can
And you don’t have to have it all figured out

I empower you to be your own healer. My essence and intention is to simply guide you on your journey. I am here to create space, to be a channel and vessel of energy for you to use this energy to guide you home. The expansions, the niggles, the resonances are all YOUR signals, YOUR intuition sparking YOU, leading you home, to your truth, essence and soul.

I had a very powerful experience Halloween 2021 (cliche I know).
I had an intuitive feeling all evening that something huge was going to happen that night. I was so excited to settle down, create space and intention and journey through my practices to see what was going to unfold. I started channeling my Guardian Angel for the first time. And I was told what my purpose is on this Earth in this lifetime.
