Over these 3 days, you’ll begin to:

Through guided practices, rest, and time in nature, your body starts to soften.

You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected - with tools you can take back into your daily life and friendships that can last a lifetime!

what you’ll experience

Across these 3 days, you’ll be gently guided back into your body through a mix of movement, stillness, and connection.

Each practice is designed to help you slow down, feel more, and come out of your mind and into your body.

You’ll move through:

  • Daily embodiment practices to reconnect you with your body and bring awareness back to how you feel

  • Movement (yoga & pilates) to release tension, build strength, and support regulation

  • Meditation & breathwork to calm your mind and settle your nervous system

  • Energy healing to support emotional release and restore balance

  • Feminine body & cycle workshops to deepen your understanding of your body and its natural rhythms

  • Time in nature, allowing your body to soften, ground, and reset naturally

There’s a natural rhythm to each day and just as important as what we do… is the space in between.

You’ll have:

  • Space to rest without needing to be “productive”

  • Space to reflect and process what’s coming up

  • Space to connect with the other amazing women on the retreat

And time to sit with a cup of tea, lie down in the middle of the day. Time to breathe, without needing to do anything else.

This is where the real shift happens - when your body finally has the space to relax and nourish.

Whatever thoughts might be coming up is totally normal and probably will be the same thoughts of some of the other women.

It’s vulnerable, it’s scary.

It takes courage, openness and trust (in yourself).

Everything shared and experienced is safe and confidential and will be held within the container of the space.

There is no pressure to share or do anything you’re not comfortable with.

This is a space and time for you. I want you to feel empowered, connected to your body and honour your boundaries.

hi, I’m caitlin

A Reiki Master and women’s coach, and for the past 5 years I’ve been holding space for women to reconnect with their bodies in a deeper, more grounded way.

My work has taken me around the world - guiding retreats, leading women’s circles, and working 1:1 with women through embodiment, energy healing, and breathwork. I’ve recently moved back to England to bring this work here.

But this work didn’t start there.

It started with me feeling completely disconnected from myself.

I was in an unfulfilling relationship.
Working in a job that didn’t light me up.
Spending my days clock watching, thinking… there must be more to life than this.

At the time, I was also experiencing intense anxiety.

I began exploring spiritual practices as a way to heal the anxiety. I worked with a coach and energy healer in Bali, hoping it would help.

It did - but it also opened something much deeper.

I became devoted to daily meditation after training in Transcendental Meditation. I started to feel clearer. Lighter. More like myself.

For the first time, I felt connected to who I really was.

From there, I trained in a 6-month Reiki and healing course, and began supporting other women - helping them feel more grounded, balanced, and connected to themselves.

In 2021, I went on my first women’s retreat in Italy. That experience shifted something in me.

It was the first time I truly felt what it was like to be held in a space with other women - to slow down, connect, and feel.

Not long after, I followed a strong pull to move to Bali.

I didn’t know how it would happen, but within 5 months, I was there -teaching on retreats, holding circles, and deepening this work.

Since then, I’ve supported women all over the world - through retreats, group sessions, and my online community, creating spaces where they can soften, reconnect, and come back to themselves.

Because the truth is, it’s easy to lose that connection.

To get caught up in what life should look like.
To live in your head instead of your body.

This work is about returning.

Returning to your body.
Returning to your truth.
Returning to who you are underneath it all.

The Nourished Body Retreat is a space for exactly that.

FAQs

DO I NEED TO HAVE MEDITAted or done BREATHWORK BEFORE?

No, you don’t need to have meditated, done breathwork or any of the other practices we will be doing. I will be guiding you through everything we do. If you’re a first time meditator or avid breather, or somewhere in between, all are welcome.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING AND WEAR?

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and eye mask. Wear comfortable and warm clothing you can move freely in. A packing list will be provided.

WHAT SHOULD I GET A PRIVATE OR SHARED ROOM?

A shared room can be a really beautiful experience where you get to know your roomie on a deeper level. This is your preference, feel into both options and what you feel you need.

is Accommodation and food included?

Yes a 3 night stay in a Luxury Farmhouse in the countryside is included, as well as delicious meals from our private in house chef. The accommodation and food is a huge part of the retreat and will be a big influence on you feeling nourished and supported throughout the retreat. If you have any dietary requirements we will Accommodate to you.
